 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn and clean items free of perfume and hair (pet and human) for a refund or store credit within ten (10) days of receiving your package. Returns or exchange requests made past the 10-day delivery date will not be accepted.

A returned order paid for using a Gift Card or Treet Sale Credit will first be processed back to the gift card used or Treet Credit Number, after which any remaining balance goes to the customer's secondary form of payment.

All Treet store credit is issued via a discount code for use on any one purchase. This store credit is good only on https://jamesstreetco.com. It is not redeemable on James Street Co. Archives. Treet credits cannot be combined with other discounts or current promotions.

Once customer care approves the return/exchange, the customer will have five (5) days to return the item(s). Any items shipped back outside of this window will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. International returns or exchanges must email confirmation of the return or exchange shipment to info@jamesstreetco.com

Please note that all items must be returned neatly folded and (on select items) in the product's clear, protective packaging, as it is considered part of the product, and tags must be attached.

Any items sent back that are not carefully folded and returned in the condition they were received (this includes the presence of pet hair and perfumes) will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item and will have that amount deducted from the final value of refund/store credit issued.

Once an item has been received at the warehouse, whether return or exchange, the item will be inspected before any exchange is sent out or refund processed. ​​If there is a price difference for exchanges, you will get an invoice before James Street shipping the exchange.

  

RETURN PROCESSING

Return processing can take up to 7 business days once the return package has arrived at the warehouse or is marked as delivered. Please, email info@jamesstreetco.com in case your order has yet to be marked delivered or processed and 14 days have passed since the return mailing date.

 

 

BODYSUITS RETURN POLICY

Return of items worn close to the body, such as the Nar Bodysuit, will ONLY be excepted with a $10 fee or dry cleaning due to hygiene reasons. The Bodysuit must be returned carefully folded, with its protective packaging, and be devoid of pet hair and stains. The customer will be charged a $10 hygiene-restocking fee. The restock fee will be deducted from the final value of the refund or store credit issued and charged to the customer before a size or color exchange is sent out.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

All purchases made using sales and promotional codes falling within the range of 25% to 39.99% are classified as FINAL SALE, thereby ineligible for exchange, return, or store credit. Any items purchased during our Archive Sample Sale and from the Archive site are also considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an order was placed within two (2) days (48h or less) of a 25-39.99% sale, we will honor the sales price and issue the difference in-store credit only. This policy applies only to orders where the purchased items are both in stock and encompassed by the ongoing sale, placed less than 48h before updated sale pricing. 

 

FURTHER REDUCTIONS (40% or more promotion)

Items ordered as part of a sale or redeemed using promotional codes at a 40.1% or higher threshold are considered as FINAL SALE, rendering them ineligible for exchange, return, or shop credit. Any orders made before a sales event featuring a discount of 40% or more will not qualify for price adjustments or partial refunds. Availability of items is on a first-come, first-served basis; Product or inventory reservations will not be made.

Orders made during a promotional sales period of 40% (or discounted 40% and more) are considered Final Sale transactions. These orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-adjustable in terms of price and cannot be exchanged for alternative sizes or items. This policy remains in place regardless of whether an earlier order, placed with a discount of 40% or less, had been made.

The Final Sale is noted on the www.jamesstreetco.com website banner, on product listings (where applicable), during the purchase and checkout process, and with each order and shipping confirmation. The Final Sale Notes ensure the customer is fully aware that they are purchasing an item on sale. An order will not be canceled or refunded once it has been fulfilled or the customer has received a shipping notification.

Follow the same policy as mentioned above, and return window noted under "shipping & returns" tab directly under the Facebook/Instahgram product page.

 

TREET CREDITS & NEWSLETTER SIGNUP PROMOTIONS

Treet credits customers have earned from selling items on jamesstreetco.treet.com or any promotional code received from a newsletter signup cannot be added to or combined with a current running sale or promotion and are only applicable on full-priced items and orders.

 

HOLIDAY SALE & RETURN POLICY

Orders placed Nov 19 through Dec 24, 2023 (11:59 PST), can be returned or exchanged until 11:59 PST on Jan 3rd, 2024. The customer must initiate the return before January 3rd at midnight. Once the return/exchange has been initiated, the customer has 5 days to ship the item back. This includes orders placed during the Black Friday sale and regular priced items.

Customers need to contact info@jamesstreetco.com to initiate a return BEFORE Jan 3rd, 2024 to qualify for the holiday return window. Returns initiated after Jan 4th will not be accepted.

Orders placed after Dec 24th at 11:59 (PST) fall under our general return policy (see top) and can be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of receiving your package.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders will be paid for upfront (Afterpay method is accepted) and are not eligible for cancelation or refund. 

Exchanges will be accepted if stock allows.

Incorrect Address

James Street is not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please, include your COMPLETE address when entering it into the checkout process. Double check that you have included your apartment number and correct postal code.

James Street is unable to correct faulty addresses. Kindly email info@jamesstreetco.com to cancel an order with and incorrect address. The customer will need to place a new order with the correct address.
