Return & Sale Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn and clean items free of perfume and hair (pet and human) for a refund or store credit within 10 days of receiving your package. Returns or exchange requests made past the 10-day of date of deliver will not be accepted.

If an order was paid for using a Gift Card or Treet Sale Credit, a return will first be processed back to the gift card used or Treet Credit Number, after which any remaining balance goes to the customers secondary form of payment.

Once the return/exchange is approved by our customer care, you will have 5 days to send the items back. Any items shipped back outside of this window will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange. International returns or exchanges will need to email confirmation that the return/exchange has been sent

Please note that all items must be sent back neatly folded and (on select items) in their clear protective packaging, as it is considered part of the product and tags must be attached.

Any items sent back that are not carefully folded, and returned in the condition they were received (this includes the presence of pet hair and perfumes) will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item, and will have that amount deducted from the final value of refund/store credit issued.

Once an item has been received at the warehouse, wether return or exchange, the item will be inspected before any exchange is sent out or refund processed. ​​If there is a price difference for exchanges, you will get an invoice prior to us shipping the exchange.

 

BODYSUITS RETURN POLICY

Return of items worn close to the body, such as the Nar Bodysuit, will ONLY be excepted with a $10 fee or dry cleaning due to hygiene reasons. The Bodysuit needs to be returned carefully folded, along with its protective packaging, and be devoid of pet hair and stains. The customer will be charged a $10 hygiene-restocking fee. The restock fee will be deducted from the final value of refund/store credit issued and charged to the customer before a size or color exchange is sent out.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

All sale and promotional code items at or above 25-39.99% are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit. Any items purchased during our Archive Sample Sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

If an order was placed within 2 days (48h or less) of a sale of 39.99% or less discounted items, we will honor the sales price and issue the difference in-store credit only. This is applicable to orders where the items purchased are in stock and included in the ongoing sale.

 

JS WINTER SALE POLICY

All sale and promotional code items at or above 40% are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return or shop credit. Orders placed before a sale period of 40% or greater discount are not eligible for price adjustment nor partial refund.

Orders placed during a 40% (or greater) promotion are final sales and cannot be returned, price-adjusted, nor exchanged for a different size or item. 

The Final sale is noted on the product listings, purchase, and checkout process, as well as with each order and shipping confirmation. This is done to ensure the customer is fully aware that they are purchasing an item on sale.

TREET CREDITS & NEWSLETTER SIGNUP PROMOTIONS

Treet credits earned from selling an item on jamesstreetco.treet.com and or any promotion received from a newsletter signup cannot be added onto or combined with a current running promotion, and are only applicable on full-priced items and orders.

 

HOLIDAY SALE & RETURN POLICY

Orders placed Dec 1st through Dec 19th, 2022 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 6th, 2023. Customers need to contact info@jamesstreetco.com to initiate a return BEFORE Jan 6th to qualify for the holiday return window. Returns initiated after Jan 6th will not be accepted.

Orders placed after Dec 19th fall under our general return policy (see top) and can be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of receiving your package.

 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders will be paid for upfront (The afterpay method is accepted) and are not eligible for cancelation or refund. 

Exchanges will be accepted if stock allows.
