No Returns on any items.
I do not allow returns as each item is made in small batches just for you. If you are not happy with the item I am happy to give store credit for something else.
All goods must be returned unworn and in original condition within 20 days to receive store credit.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of James Street or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

If stock allows we are happy to exchange any item that is unworn and returned in the same condition it was received within 20 days.

RETURN ON SALE ITEMS
Items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange only for the same style. If that item is not in stock at the time of the request, you will receive a store credit for the amount paid.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
James Street does not hold items for exchange.
Price adjustments can be made on items that go to final sale (not a promo code sale) within 7 days of your full-priced order. At the time of the request, the exact style, color, and size of an item must be available for purchase. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Price adjustments will be given in the form of store credit only.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
James Street is not able to alter or cancel orders after they have been placed. Refused packages are not considered a return and will not be accepted.
MAKING A RETURN
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback). You will be issued your store credit code within 7 days of the item being returned.
- James Street accepts returns on products shipped within the United States only.
- Returns on full-price merchandise must be requested within 20 days of receiving your purchase.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
- All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.
- Only items purchased through jamesstreetco.com may be returned. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
