Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that all items must be sent back neatly folded and (on select items) in their clear protective packaging, as it is considered part of the product. Any items sent back that are not carefully folded, and returned in the condition they were received - will be charged an $8 re-stocking fee per item, and will have that amount deducted from the final value of store credit issued.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges:
To request a return/exchange - please email email@example.com with your order number + your desired request. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.
International Returns & Exchanges:
To request a return/exchange - please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number + your desired request. Please note that return shipping and any duties that may accrue are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

Sales & Promotions
All sale and promotional code items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return or shop credit.
If an order was placed within 3 days (or less) of a sale - and the item purchased is in stock and included in the sale - we will honor the sales price and issue the difference in store credit.
